Benefits

The NBC 350 Separate is one of Butters AMTs flagship products and offers second-to-none levels of performance for heavy fabrication work. It is a robust three phase machine and only requires a 25A fuse. Its full size cabinet can accept a full height gas cylinder and its large diameter wheels means it can be moved from job to job with little risk of toppling.

The SSJ-10 WF features our renowned all-geared drive system with variable speed 4-roll wire feed, thus minimising the risk of wire slip and making your welds uniform. Further, with its 2 etre interconnections and 4 metre welding torch, this gives you a working radius of 6 metres. The unit is also suitable for use with spool or push-pull guns, which allows you to increase your work radius up to 10 metres. The SSJ-10 WF ability to take larger diameter wire (2.4mm) means it can handle up to 500A, allowing you to weld most materials greater than 25mm.

In addition, the NBC 350 Seperate 30 switch settings and its digital Amp and Volt meter allows for fine-tuning of the output power.

Note 1: If operating the machine in its higher output current range for long durations, water cooling of the torch is an option.*

Water cooling leads to a cooler and more comfortable torch. Also, maintaining a constant torch tip and neck temperature results in consistent welds throughout the work cycle and increases the life of the tip.

Note 2: If welding aluminum it is recommended to use a Teflon liner, suitable tip and drive rolls.*
