Benefits

The CUT 100s a microprocessor-controlled inverter system for compressed air plasma cutting. Portable and fan-cooled, with contact striking of the pilot arc it allows rapid distortion free cutting of any conductive materials. It is a versatile three phase plasma cutting machine that is ideally suited to medium and heavy industrial cutting applications.

On maximum power and maximum duty cycle it consumes only 15kVA, requires a 40A fuse and can be used in the field with a 15kVA generator.

The machines detailed but easy-to-use touch control panel allows for easy adjustment and power readings for professional cuts every time. Should a fault occur in setup the control panel has self explanatory fault indication for easy rectification.

The CUT 100 is capable of cutting all standard materials, including mild and stainless steel up to 35mm and aluminium up to 28mm thick.

Note 1: If operating the machine in its higher output current range for long durations, water cooling of the torch is an option.*

Note 2: A mobile trolley is available.*

All Butters AMT Plasma Cutting Machines features our NON HF "transferred arc" ignition which means non interference to computers and telephone equipment.
