Benefits

The CUT 80 is a microprocessor-controlled inverter system for compressed air plasma cutting. Portable and fan-cooled with contact striking of the pilot arc it allows rapid, distortion free cutting of any conductive materials. It is a versatile three phase plasma cutting machine, ideally suited to medium and heavy industrial cutting applications and when used on maximum power and maximum duty cycle it consumes only 9.5kVA, requires a 25A fuse and can be used in the field with a 12kVA generator.

The CUT 80 is capable of cutting all standard materials including mild and stainless steel up to 25mm and aluminium up to 18mm. The machines detailed but easy-to-use touch control panel allows for easy adjustment and power readings for professional cuts every time.

Should a fault occur in setup the control panel has self explanatory fault indication for easy rectification.

Note 1: If operating the machine in its higher output current range for long durations, water cooling of the torch is an option.*

Note 2: A mobile trolley is available.*

All Butters AMT Plasma Cutting Machines features are NON HF "transferred arc" ignition, which means no interference to computers and telephone equipment.
